In yet another sign of the Sunshine Coast's status as a tech-savvy business location, the region has been selected as headquarters for a new national cyber threat intelligence organisation.
The CI-ISAC (Critical Infrastructure – Information Sharing and Analysis Centre) will provide an information-sharing capability to identify cyber threats and build a collective cyber defence for its members.
Under the guidance of Chief Executive Officer David Sandell the not-for-profit industry-based organisation provides comprehensive information and analysis advice to protect organisations responsible for Australia’s most critical infrastructure.
