The Maroochydore City Centre is entering a new era. With plenty of construction currently underway and a recent amendment to the Development Scheme, it's preparing to climb the ranks as Australia's most liveable city.

The amendments will improve accessibility and connectivity, enhance public spaces and reshape the major open parkland and waterways, showcasing a more attractive and contemporary city heart.

PRE-EVENT SUNSHINE COAST VIP TECH TOUR

Sunshine Coast Council is inviting delegates of Australia in Space for a complimentary guided tech tour of the Maroochydore CBD before an ‘on location’ networking evening at Altitude Nine. Your hosts from Invest Sunshine Coast can personally collect and return you to Brisbane at no charge. The bespoke VIP Tech Tour will commence at 2.30pm Wednesday 3 July 2024, including a tour of the NEXTDC SC1 cable landing station and smart cities digital infrastructure.
