The A$4 billion Palmview master planned community comprises three key development areas. The first development area, known as Harmony, commenced construction in 2017.

Construction of two smaller development areas commenced late 2019, with the overall master planned development expected to be completed over the next 20 years.

Located east of the Bruce Highway and in close proximity to the University of the Sunshine Coast, Palmview encompasses 926 hectares and will house around 17,000 people.  

Palmview comprises three key development areas each providing a range of residential, commercial, retail opportunities supported by more than 400 hectares of parkland, sports, recreational and ecological open space.

Over 40,000m2 gross floor area of business, commercial and retail opportunities will be available in the town centre, two local retail centres, a high-quality local industrial area and business park.
