The A$174 million Bokarina Beach development is a beachside community and a mixed-use development approximately one kilometre from the Sunshine Coast Health Precinct.

The new beachside development will provide high quality, mixed-use residential, retail, tourism and recreational spaces, with public beach access and cafes, restaurants, tourism accommodation, parkland, a new surf lifesaving club and community facilities.

The master plan for the 30 hectare Bokarina Beach area connects Bokarina Beach with the Town Centre and Sunshine Coast Health Precinct.

Investment opportunities include purchasing residential and serviced apartment sites, management rights and retail and commercial leasing opportunities.
